Due to having sensitive skin I always have to be careful of what I use and am very picky when choosing a new product. So naturally I love how some companies are now becoming very transparent with what they use to make their products.
A big fan of the big brands, I recently had one of our lovely clients at my salon introduce me to a product range called A'kin which has recently come to the UK from being in Australia.
I have recently sampled their Rose & Geranium Pure Facial Creamy Cleanser & Toner and to be honest I totally love it!
This product is for dry and sensitive skin, which I do have and it states that it removes all traces of make up. So I applied a small amount of product on to my hands and rubbed direct on to my face and round my eyes. I also was happily surprised to be able to open my eyes with no stinging sensation. Next I simply rinsed my face using luke warm water to remove all of the cleanser from my skin. Yes, this product is really quick to use!
Great for when you are in a rush, or just want to get your makeup off quickly before bed avoiding any rubbing of eyes with baby wipes. To me it looked like all make up traces had been removed. No panda eyes (from wearing heavy waterproof mascara), the big test comes with the white towel for patting dry my face. - The towel after use, looked clean, no orange smears or smudges. Also my skin felt amazingly soft and refreshed prior to using any moisturizer! My skin usually after cleansing, feels tight and uncomfortable until I apply a moisturizer.
This product is now within my must have list.
I give this product 5 stars and highly recommend others give it a try!
